What would each side be responsible for?
The proposed TestPogo scope is 15 real Android testers, a 14-day campaign, daily participation checks and a final feedback summary. Communication arrangements, replacement limits and extension terms need confirmation before sales.
You remain responsible for app access, lawful content, fixing issues, accurate store information and your production-access application. Keep your Google account credentials and administrator access private.
Who decides production access?
Google makes its own review decisions. TestPogo is independent of Google and cannot guarantee approval or publication timing. A completed campaign is not an approval certificate.
What remains to be finalized?
The responsible business identity, support channel, jurisdiction, tax treatment and enforceable service/refund terms must be confirmed before sales. These draft terms have not been represented as legally reviewed.
