How we handle your information and what your testing package includes.

Privacy policy

Who handles your information?

TestPogo is operated by Pressatech LLP. Email [email protected] for privacy questions or an access or deletion request.

What do we collect?

When you open checkout, we save your name, email, app name, access links, testing notes, selected package and order reference. This also creates a record if you leave checkout without paying. Payment status and transaction references are stored for reconciliation.

Razorpay handles payment details. TestPogo does not collect or store full card numbers or CVVs. Do not put passwords or real user records in your testing notes.

Tester participation data

Tester registration stores your name and email, verified Google account identifier or email verification, privacy agreement, Google Group membership declaration, task assignments, private uploaded screenshots, automatic visual checks processed on Cloudflare and human review decisions, testing notes, reported installation status, feedback, reward records, UPI ID and changes, and payment references. We request your UPI ID after the first reward activates; we never request your UPI PIN. Google sign-in is used only for account identity, not access to Gmail messages or contacts. A signed-in email does not automatically verify Play opt-in or installation. Clear screenshots may be checked automatically on Cloudflare; uncertain results go to human review. Hide personal information before uploading. WhatsApp community membership is optional, follows WhatsApp’s privacy settings, and is not verified automatically by TestPogo. We use these to coordinate assignments, review eligibility, send transactional reminders and resolve disputes. Clients on Managed see project-scoped tester labels, submitted testing notes, feedback and reported usage, not your email or private evidence links. We do not automatically inspect your phone or detect uninstalls. Do not submit passwords, private customer data or sensitive screenshots. Contact [email protected] to request correction or deletion; records needed for payment reconciliation or disputes may be retained.

How is it used and shared?

We use these details to coordinate your test, check payment status, handle support and process refund requests. Necessary app links and testing instructions are shared with assigned testers.

Cloudflare hosts the website and order database. Razorpay processes payments. Support messages go to our email provider. These services may process information outside your country. We do not sell your personal information.

How long is it kept?

Campaign and payment records are kept as needed to deliver the service, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Ask us to delete details no longer needed for those purposes. Some financial records may need to be retained.

We use first-party analytics to measure page views, active time, clicks, sections viewed and checkout progress. A random session identifier connects these events. A separate random browser identifier in local storage counts repeat visits once per day and rotates every day; names, email addresses, app links, notes, IP addresses and payment credentials are not collected in analytics. If analytics is enabled, we record the landing page path, referrer domain and bounded campaign labels, and connect these to checkout using a random session identifier. Confirmed live purchases are reported to Google Analytics with the order reference, package, amount and currency; card details and customer contact details are never included. Raw events are kept for up to 90 days. We also use Google Analytics (Google tag G-58YGFKKV2T) to measure visits and traffic sources; it sets cookies and processes data under Google’s privacy policy. You can disable analytics on the Privacy & Terms page; we also respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Payment recovery uses session storage separately. Confirmed orders trigger transactional customer emails and order alerts through Resend. Payment and email providers apply their own privacy policies.

What your package covers

Choose 5 testers for $5 as a top-up, or Standard with 15 verified testers for $12. Each covers one app for 14 days. Standard includes initial-use evidence and a final installation confirmation, dropout replacement and a comprehensive feedback report after day 14. Verification means checking onboarding and installation/use evidence, not automated device monitoring. The $15 Managed plan adds a dedicated manager, onboarding within 24 hours, application guidance, and low-engagement rejection cover. Current $5 and $12 purchases do not include rejection-related refunds or retests.

Prices are shown in USD at checkout. Each payment covers one app campaign. No automatic subscription is created.

Your part

Provide a working closed-test release, valid group, opt-in and app links, and useful testing instructions. Keep access available, respond to blockers and fix problems in your app. You retain your account and submit your production-access application yourself.

Friends and family can test alongside our testers. Multiple devices alone do not establish multiple qualifying testers. Check the eligibility shown in your Play Console.

Tester delivery

Onboarding within 12 hours for the $5 top-up, 48 hours for the $12 Standard plan, or 24 hours for $15 Managed. Timing starts after confirmed payment and verified working access.

Your plan’s onboarding window starts only when both conditions are met. If an access issue prevents testing, we will contact you to resolve it. Email [email protected] with your order reference if your tester group is not ready within that window so we can address the delay.

Timing and approval

The campaign begins after payment is verified and access is ready. Google’s continuous opt-in period and review timeline are separate from our campaign schedule. A replacement tester starts their own opt-in period. Keep test access available for the agreed 20-day tester retention commitment, even though the feedback campaign covers 14 days.

Google alone decides production access and app publication. We do not submit applications as you, sell public reviews, or promise a publication date. Retesting beyond the original campaign is discussed with you; we do not promise unlimited tester retention.
