How it works
Four steps from payment to your application. You do the first and the last, and we keep you posted in between.
Add our shared Google Group to your closed track, enable India and share your Play opt-in link. The checklist guides you after payment.
Real people on their own Android phones opt in through your link and install the build. If a link does not work, you hear from us straight away.
Testers use the app regularly throughout the 14-day test, stay opted in and report crashes, bugs and issues they identify. We review submitted evidence, replace reported dropouts and collect feedback.
You get a written feedback report to quote in your application. Standard does not include rejection-related refunds or retests.
What you get
Three updates during the campaign, each one written so you can quote it in Google’s application.
Your links work and your testers are in. 15 testers have submitted onboarding and installation/use evidence.
We have nudged them. If they stay quiet, we add a replacement and tell you the same day.
Written by us from your testers’ notes, in sections you can lift straight into the application:
Why this exists
If you opened your Play Console account recently, Google will not let you publish until at least 12 people have tested your app for 14 days straight. It is Google’s way of checking that real people have used it before the whole world can.
The hard part is not the 14 days. It is finding 12 people who will actually opt in, install your app and keep it on their phone. That is the part we take off your plate.
Who you are dealing with
A small team, real testers and terms in writing. Here is what you can count on.
Every tester is a real person on their own Android phone. No emulators, no bots, no fake accounts, no paid reviews.
Standard onboarding starts within 48 hours after payment and verified working access. The $5 top-up keeps its 6-hour onboarding window.
We never ask for your Google password. Temporary app-level read-only access is optional for progress checks. You apply for production access yourself.
Pay once per app. No subscription, no hidden fees, nothing that renews on its own.
Top-up and Standard do not include rejection cover. Managed covers rejection explicitly due to low engagement. Read the terms.
A real person reads every message and replies. Ask us anything before you pay: WhatsApp or email [email protected].
Rejected already?
If Google identifies insufficient testing or engagement, read the rejection carefully. A coordinated campaign can help you collect fresh testing feedback; security, policy and documentation issues require separate fixes.
Common questions
Something else on your mind? Email us. We answer before you pay, not just after.
Yes. Every tester is a real person using your app on their own Android phone. No emulators, no bots, no fake accounts. That is what Google is checking for, and it is what keeps your developer account safe.
Yes. Google asks how you found your testers and what they did, not that you found them alone. Real people genuinely using your app is exactly what the requirement is for. Describe your test honestly in the application, including that you used TestPogo.
Already have a few friends testing? Get 5 more for $5 and reach 12. Starting from scratch? Get 15 for $12. Fifteen means a dropout or two will not put you back at day one.
A published, installable closed-test release with India enabled. Add the TestPogo group to your track, share your opt-in link, and complete the access checklist after payment.
The $5 top-up starts within 12 hours; the $12 Standard plan includes verified onboarding within 48 hours. Timing starts after confirmed payment and verified working app access.
Keep the build installable and reply if we flag a problem. That is all. Leave the closed track and the Google Group alone while the test runs, because a tester who loses access has to opt in again.
On the 15-tester plan we replace them and let you know. The replacement’s 14 days start fresh, but with 15 testers you are still well over Google’s 12 either way.
Current $5 and $12 plans do not include rejection-related refunds or retests. The $15 Managed plan covers rejection explicitly due to low engagement, subject to its written terms. Google decides production access.
Never share your password. You may optionally grant [email protected] temporary read-only access to this app for progress checks. This does not provide individual tester usage records. You submit the production access application yourself.
One payment, 14 days, terms in writing.
