Which channel should you use?
WhatsApp is quickest for questions before you pay and during your campaign. Email is better for anything about an order, a payment or a refund, because it gives both of us a written record. A person answers both.
Trouble with access or payment?
Send the link that is causing trouble or the payment reference. Do not send passwords, card details, bank statements or identity documents. If your bank shows a debit but checkout is unconfirmed, contact us before paying again.
