### Which plan should I choose?

Top-up adds 5 testers to your existing group. Standard provides 15 testers and feedback. Managed adds a dedicated manager, application help and a conditional refund or retest promise.

### When does onboarding start?

After payment and working app access are confirmed. Top-up: within 12 hours. Standard: 48 hours. Managed: 24 hours.

### What do testers do?

We review onboarding and installation evidence. Testers use your app regularly throughout the 14-day test and report crashes, bugs and issues they identify. They stay opted in for the full 14 days.

### What does the refund cover?

Managed includes a retest or refund for rejection explicitly due to low tester engagement. Other rejection reasons are excluded. Top-up and Standard do not include rejection cover. See the refund policy for full terms.
